Tunisha Walker-Miller, Founder and CEO

For several years, Tunisha has made it her mission to make sure that businesses, non-profits, and communities of color receive their fair share of contract opportunities and proper representation. Using her extensive knowledge of government relations expertise in MWBE and business development, Tunisha has played a vital role in helping individuals and businesses find the keys to their success. She is a frequently requested presenter and trainer on helping businesses receive a “Reboot” to get their businesses back on track or take their “side hustles” and turn them into professional businesses. She has also advocated for non-profit businesses that needed help having their voices heard by elected officials.

Tunisha has served in pivotal and historical roles to push her agenda of fair share and equality for all. She has served as the:

  • First African American Woman Executive Director of the New York State Senate Conference of Black Senators

  • Former Affirmative Action Administrator of New York State Department of Labor Division of Equal Opportunity Division

  • Former Political State Director with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN)

  • Former Co-chair of Working Families Nassau County
